Hi, Got into a discussion with some friends the other day regarding diet and exercise and losing weight, etc. One of my friends said that exercise does not help you lose weight, it's 100% diet. I disagreed and said that whether you take in less calories (diet) or burn more calories (exercise), if you're in a deficit you'll lose weight, therefore exercise does in fact help you lose weight. She disagreed with me still. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hi, what i have read, that if you do not get enough sleep you tend to eat more. and when you eat more, you tend to also not to also have more snacks. I find that I gain weight when I don't get enough sleep. It is not from overeating because if I am really tired, my stomach will be too upset to eat. I am more likely to drink fluids such as water or milk to soothe it. Imagine my surprise when I get weighed the next day to find a gain. Please help. Thanks!
