what i have read, that if you do not get enough sleep you tend to eat more. and when you eat more, you tend to also not to also have more snacks. I find that I gain weight when I don't get enough sleep. It is not from overeating because if I am really tired, my stomach will be too upset to eat. I am more likely to drink fluids such as water or milk to soothe it. Imagine my surprise when I get weighed the next day to find a gain.
